1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kidtrackr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Kidtrackr provides software tools to assist transportation providers in managing routes, student records, attendance workflows, notifications, operational reporting, and transportation communication. Kidtrackr does not provide transportation services directly.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts.

4. Child and Student Information

Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary parental, guardian, school, or organizational permissions required to collect, store, and process student information through the platform.

Customers remain the owners and controllers of their submitted data.

5. GPS and Route Tracking Disclaimer

Location data, estimated arrival times, route activity, and transportation events may be delayed or inaccurate due to connectivity, hardware limitations, mobile devices, or third-party services.

6. No Safety Guarantee

Kidtrackr is an operational software platform and does not guarantee transportation safety, driver conduct, supervision, or compliance with local transportation regulations.

7. Notifications Disclaimer

SMS messages, emails, push notifications, and alerts may be delayed or fail due to carrier, internet, device, or third-party provider limitations.

8. Payments

Payment processing services may be provided by third-party payment processors. Kidtrackr does not directly store complete payment card information.

9. Platform Availability

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidtrackr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
