Kidtrackr may use third-party subprocessors including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, and communication providers.
Kidtrackr will provide notice of confirmed security incidents affecting customer data within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
Customer data will be retained according to operational and legal requirements and may be deleted upon account termination.
Customers are responsible for obtaining required parental or organizational permissions for processing student information.
