SaaS Agreement
Terms governing customer access to the Kidtrackr transportation management platform.
This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the Kidtrackr platform.
Kidtrackr provides software tools to assist transportation providers in managing routes, student records, operational workflows, notifications, reporting, and transportation-related administration. Kidtrackr does not provide transportation services directly.
Customers receive a limited, non-transferable subscription license to access the platform during the active subscription term.
Customers are responsible for account management, user permissions, data accuracy, parental permissions, and compliance with applicable laws.
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Kidtrackr retains all ownership rights in the platform, software, branding, and related materials.
The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Kidtrackr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
